Don’t rush to fix yourself, don’t rush to come over your struggles. You’re a strong and brave woman. Starting with telling people on the internet about what goes on in your life and what you struggle with, that’s a big fucking thing. Focus on how far you’ve come now. And try getting by day by day. and when the day comes when you feel like sitting down and putting paramore on your ears, then do it. don’t wait for it. don’t chase change or force it on you. getting out of depression and anxiety and any other things you might be struggling with, it takes time, so much time and patience. don’t apoligize for what you’re dealing with and who you are. You’ll get through this and you will be just fine and back to normal again, trust me. and remember; the parafamily, we’re all a family. We all love you and wish you the best of luck.
